SphynxGarden Matildan pennut saivat nimet.
Pentue on nimetty puutarhassa kasvavien pensaiden mukaan:
Camellia, Filbert, Jasmine, Lilac, Oleander ja Aralia.

Meillä on aikasempia pentueita nimetty mm. perunalajikkeiden, mausteiden, hedelmien ja marjojen mukaan.
Eli puutarhassa (Garden) kasvavien kasvien mukaan :)

Kittens have names

Kittens of SphynxGarden Matilda have names now.
This litter is named after shrubs which grows in the garden:
Camellia, Filbert, Jasmine, Lilac, Oleander and Aralia.

Our past litters have been named after e.g. potatoes, spices, fruts and berries.
All things that grows in the garden :)

Pentujen väritys

Kaikki pentumme ovat naamioita (sinisilmäisiä), joten ne ovat syntyessään "possun" punaisia.
Pentujen värit kehittyvät pikkuhiljaa ensimmäisten viikkojen ajan. Tässä ensimmäiset arvaukset:

1. pentu: ruskean tabbynaamio, naaras
2. pentu: ruskea naamio, uros
3. pentu: ruskea tabbynaamio, naaras
4. pentu: ruskea tabbykilpikonnanaamio valkoisella, naaras
5. pentu: ruskea naamio, uros
6. pentu: ruskeakilpikonnanaamio valkoisella, naaras

Kittens color

All the kittens are point (they have blue eyes), that´s why they are pink when they're born.
The colors of kittens developes slowly in the first weeks. Here's the first color guesses:

1. kitten: seal tabby point, female
2. kitten: seal  point, male
3. kitten: seal tabby point, female
4. kitten: seal tabby tortie point with white, female
5. kitten: seal point, male
6. kitten: seal tortie point with white, female

Meille syntyi pentuja!

SphynxGarden Matilda synnytti maanantaina 27.8.2012 kuusi pentua, 4 tyttöä ja 2 poikaa.
Pennut ja emo voivat hyvin Ann-Marien hellässä hoivassa Vantaalla. Tarkoituksenamme on jättää itselleemme yksi pennuista. Vasta sitten kun olemme tehneet päätöksemme, voimme varata muut pennut. Pentuja voi tulla katsomaan heti kun ne ovat yli 5 viikkoa vanhoja. Olemme myös tähän mennessä tehneet päätöksemme kuka pennuista jää meille itsellemme.

We have kittens!

SphynxGarden Matilda gave birth 6 kittens at 27.8.2012, 4 females ja 2 males.
Mother and kittens are doing well. Ann-Maria is taking good care of them in Vantaa. We will leave one kitten to our cattery. Only after we have make decision we can reserved other kittens. When the kittens are over 5 weeks old you are welcome to see them. At that time we have also make our decision who will stay with us.

Pentusuunnitelmat 2013

SphynxGarden Matildan ja Cranberryn pentue on tämän vuoden ainoa pentueemme.
Ensi vuoden puolella on suunnitteilla pentueet seuraaville emoille CH SphynxGarden Mint ja Miss June from Indira. Yhden pentueen isänä tulee olemaan meidän oma Catberry Maigums. Toiseen pentueeseen tulemme lainaamaan urosta kissalamme ulkopuolelta.

Kitten plans for year 2013

Upcoming litter from SphynxGarden Matilda and Cranberry will be the only litter in this year.
In the begining of next year we have plans to mate our two females CH SphynxGarden Mint and Miss June from Indira. Father of one of those litters will be our own boy Catberry Maigums. Father of another litter will be male outside our own cattery.

Meille syntyy pentue elokuun lopussa 2012!
Luulimme pitkään, ettei tiineys onnistunut, koska emme olleet todistamassa yhtään onnistunutta astumista, mutta toisin kävi :)
Äitinä on SphynxGarden Matilda ja isänä oma kasvattimme SphynxGarden Cranberry.
Kummatkin vanhemmat on testattu Felv, FIV ja HCM negatiiviseksi alkukesästä 2012.

Syntyvien pentujen odotettavat väriyhdistelmät
Naaraat: joko ruskea- tai sinikilpikonnanaamiota tai sini- tai mustanaamioita
Urokset: joko puna-, creme, ruskea- tai sininaamioita

Kaikissa pennuissa voi olla tabbykuviota ja/tai valkolaikkua.
Kaikki pennut ovat naamioita eli heille on siniset silmät.

SphynxGarden Matilda is pregnant!

We will have kittens in the end of August 2012!
Mother is SphynxGarden Matilda and father SphynxGarden Cranberry.
Both parent are tested Felv, FIV and HCM negative in the begining of the summer 2012.

Expected colour combination of the unborn kittens
Female: either seal tortie point, blue tortie point, seal point or blue point
Male: either red point, creme point, seal point or blue point

All the kittens can be tabby or/and with white.
All the kittens will have blue eyes, because the are point.
